Introduction

RizzorAI ("we", "our", or "us") is a dating assistant app that helps you craft replies, bios, and image-based suggestions using AI. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the RizzorAI mobile app and related services.

Information we collect

Content you submit for AI processing: conversation text, bio inputs, and images you upload (such as chat screenshots or profile photos).

Profile preferences you provide in the app (such as gender, age range, orientation, and texting style) to personalize suggestions.

A device identifier (deviceId) used to enforce daily usage limits and prevent abuse.

Your selected app language (locale).

If you subscribe to premium, subscription verification data may be processed through RevenueCat and the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play).

How we use your information

We use submitted content and profile preferences solely to generate AI suggestions you request.

We use deviceId and usage counters to apply free-tier limits and protect the service from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data stored on your device

Your profile, suggestion history, and app settings are stored locally on your device (SQLite). This data is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly send content as part of a generation request.

You can delete individual history entries in the app. Uninstalling the app removes local data from your device.

Third-party services

OpenAI: text and image content you submit is sent to OpenAI's API to generate suggestions. OpenAI processes data according to its own policies.

RevenueCat: used to verify in-app subscriptions when premium features are enabled.

Hosting (e.g. Vercel): our API infrastructure processes requests securely over HTTPS.

Data retention

Usage quota data tied to deviceId is retained only as long as needed to enforce limits (typically on a rolling 24-hour basis).

Content sent for AI generation is processed in real time and is not stored by us as a conversation archive after the request completes.

Your choices

You choose what content to submit for AI suggestions.

Before your first AI suggestion, the app asks for your explicit consent to share submitted content with OpenAI. No data is sent until you accept.

You can revoke AI data consent in Settings; you will be asked again before the next suggestion.

OpenAI processes shared data under its own privacy policy and is required to provide protections comparable to those described in this policy.

You can clear history and adjust profile settings in the app at any time.

Age requirement

RizzorAI is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

AI-generated content

Suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or inappropriate for every situation. You are responsible for reviewing and sending messages you choose to use.
